My research-backed approach identifies employees’ intrinsic motivators through validated qualitative assessments such as focus groups and one-on-one interviews. I also specialize in conducting quantitative research through various surveys. Following the research, I partner with organizations to co-create actionable strategies aligned with the feedback obtained from the focus groups, surveys or interviews. This leads to increased productivity (up to 21%, as per SHRM) and reduced attrition (up to 59%, according to Towers Watson).
