Workplace Wellbeing

The Cost: Disengaged employees experience higher stress and health risks. Research by Cigna indicates that engaged employees have 27% lower absenteeism rates. And Gallup estimates that disengaged employees cost the Global economy $8.8 trillion in loss of productivity.

My holistic, healthy workplace initiatives, based on Gallup’s “Five Elements of Wellbeing,” Buckinghamshire’s “Five Ways of Wellbeing,” “The Wheel of Life” and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, address factors like stress, belonging and growth. In addition, I consider the entirety of the wellbeing spectrum including social and community wellbeing, mental and emotional, physical, financial, educational, and career wellbeing. According to the CDC, improved wellbeing leads to reduced absenteeism and increased employee productivity, as per Gallup.

I am dedicated to advocating for healthy workplaces through impactful presentations and keynotes at wellness summits and health conferences.
